Welcome to Your EAP

ASSIST is an Employee Assistance Program, also known as an EAP. The services we offer are a benefit provided by your employer to help you and your family deal with life's stresses.

Our staff consists of caring individuals who are certified counselors. We'll offer professional support and direction towards resolving your problems or concerns. We'll listen and help you sort things out. We can also help by referring you to other resources if you need assistance beyond the EAP.

This website is intended to provide you convenient information on our program and on issues that may be of concern to you. You can find information about our staff and locations, articles on topics of interest, self-awareness tools and links to other helpful sites. It is not intended to replace the counseling services available through your EAP benefit, which you can access at any time by calling us at 1-800-222-8590.

Dependence on alcohol or other drugs is a widespread problem.

Many times, people don't recognize it until much damage is done.  Chemical dependency is both the inability to control the use of a substance and the effect it has on the person's life - physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually and occupationally.  recognizing that you or a loved one has an addiction problem is the first step towards a happier and healthier life.
